When booking your appointment online, its IMPERATIVE that you THOROUGHLY read ALL services provided and the details of each service provided.Please select ALL services needed at the time of booking your appointment. For Microlink Installations, please book a consultation FIRST to ensure this installation is the best option for you. All microlink packages booked and sewin installs requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to my high demand, once I’m booked, those dates and times are blocked off to prevent anyone else that availability. So please be sure the dates and times of your desired service will work for you.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.
* Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* No call no shows incur a 100% cancellation fee charged.
Late Policy
* Please let me know in advance if you are running late. If you are going to be less than 15 mins late I will still be able to accommodate you, it will just result in less time in the appointment. (example: Less time spent on lash extensions = not so full lashes).
* More than 15mins late requires you to rebook and will result in you being charged the 50% late cancellation fee (This late fee does not go to future appointments).
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, the management must validate a redo. You have 24 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you ASAP for a corrective service.
